Gonzi’s old-style choices

There is one very important fact about the Delimara power station extension which nobody can deny. Despite all the rhetoric about the environment as a pillar of Lawrence Gonzi’s policies, the cheapest and dirtiest technology was chosen with an old-style solution: an end-of-pipe technology to control the pollutants generated. This choice speaks volumes of Lawrence Gonzi’s so called ‘Vision 2015’.

Well, at the end of the day we all get the government and the MPs we deserve, I suppose.
